At CLC Sportshaus, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

• Online Orders: All online purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for online orders.
• Walk-in Purchases: Returns or exchanges for in-store purchases may be accommodated at the discretion of CLC Sportshaus, subject to our in-store policy.
• Incorrect or Defective Orders: If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size sent by us, or a product with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us through our official Facebook page or customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is verified.
• Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
