CLC Sportshaus – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order through the CLC Sportshaus website, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Orders – All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability.
  2. Shipping – Orders will be processed and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and location.
  3. Returns & Exchanges – All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for online orders.
  4. Refund Policy
    • Customers within our local service area may request a refund only if the order has not yet been shipped or collected, subject to CLC Sportshaus approval.
    • Customers outside our local service area are not eligible for refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.
  5. Incorrect Information – Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. CLC Sportshaus is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
  6. Damaged Packages – If your package arrives visibly damaged, please report it to the courier immediately and contact CLC Sportshaus within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  7. Acceptance – By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
